Pastor Brad Wortham dreamed of planting a church with a simple goal - to meet people right where they are, regardless of how they are dressed or about their mess. To help walk them through their mess.
With the help of the initial Dream Team, 15 people committed to seeing this dream become a reality, Encounter Church began January 6th, 2019. That Sunday, 73 people attended the first service in Palmerdale, Alabama. From the Beginning, Encounter has focused on reaching those who do not know God personally.
